All orders are currently being dispatched the same working day or the following working day depending on the time you place your order. Please check your spam filter for dispatch notifications BEFORE emailing us to ask for a tracking number, particularly if you use gmail or yahoo mail.
Where you have chosen a Royal Mail postage option, we please request UK customers allow at least 10 working days and International customers allow at least 20 working days to elapse since we dispatched your order before contacting us about the whereabouts of your package.
EMAIL ISSUES
Our server is currently experiencing a technical issue which is causing problems with order confirmation and dispatch notification emails. This issue seems to be mostly for those with @hotmail and @outlook email addresses. Please rest assured all orders are being sent as usual and you can view your tracking number from within your account (if you have one).
